Big drop in temperatures overnight [ Local Stories]

There is a marginal risk severe storms overnight. There is the potential for a squall line to develop along a cold front moving through in the early morning hours. The risk is for a few storms that could have damaging winds or even an isolated tornado. The greater risk for severe storms is really to our North. It's going to be cooler Thursday with temperatures in the afternoon in the upper 50s to low 60s. We will have some breaks in the clouds during the day, but it's going to be a mostly cloudy day. Colder weather forecast for Valentine's Day. Morning lows drop into the upper 30s on the Northshore to mid 40s South. Highs will be in the upper 50s with sunny skies. Chilly Friday night for the parades. Temperatures will drop into the mid 40s to upper 40s by 9pm. Cold Saturday morning. Lows on the Northshore will be in the mid 30s with light wind. There is the potential for some frost. Lows on the South Shore will be in the mid 40s. Partly cloudy skies are forecast with highs in the mid 60s. Lows Sunday will be in the 50s. Mostly cloudy skies forecast with a rain chance developing. Looks like the rain will be later in the day. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with all the parades.
