Cold front in sight [ Local Stories]

A bit of a breeze overnight will help keep our lows up. Lows will be in the mid 60s to low 70s. Some patchy fog is possible, but not likely. More likely we will have more of a low cloud deck in the morning, then skies will become partly cloudy.

The Mississippi River is at 15.36 feet. The River is forecast to crest at 16.5 feet April 9th. There are 30 minor seepage points.

A stronger cold front will move our way Tuesday with the potential for some storms. The greater risk for storms will be more to our North near Jackson, Mississippi. The cold front moves through with sunny skies forecast Wednesday and breezy conditions. You will also notice the humidity dropping!
