The New Orleans Social Aide and Pleasure Club Task Force, on Friday, June 26, evening, issued a statement saying that the organization is not hosting the second-line in memory of Michael Jackson.

Action Jackson, one of the organizers, said this morning, however, that the second-line will go on as planned, but, he agreed it would not be sponsored by the New Orleans Social Aid and Pleasure Club.

Lineup is in the 1200 block of St. Bernard Avenue at 4 p.m. The second-line will begin at 5 and continue down St. Bernard Avenue to Seal's Class Act club at North Miro and St. Bernard Avenue. It ends at 7 p.m., according to the NOLA.com article.
